- All personal data introduced by the visitor with this communication form are considered confidential by ALPHA FINANCE, according to Law 2472/1997 and cannot be revealed to any third party, except as permitted by law or by a court verdict. - ALPHA FINANCE notifies to the Visitor that it keeps a Personal Data File in electronic or other form, in which the visitor's personal data introduced by this communication form will be registered. - The personal data processing is done for the purpose of supporting ALPHA FINANCE's communication with the Visitor, in order to respond to any Visitor's request and to provide any information or updating regarding the investment services offered by ALPHA FINANCE. Visitor grants its express consent for the processing and use by ALPHA FINANCE of the above personal data, further to receipt of the relative information, according to article 11 of Law 2472/1997. - Visitor has the right to access and object to the processing and use of the personal data relating to it according to articles 12 and 13 respectively of Law 2472/1997.
