Limitation of Liability Clause

In relation to the receipt of orders:

This webpage allows ALPHA FINANCE to accept orders where the Investor has requested and received access permission. Such orders will be accepted in accordance with the terms of the relevant contract. The simple fact that the Investor enters his order does not involve its acceptance by ALPHA FINANCE which shall occur when the order is executed and only to the extent and degree of such execution. The Investor is liable for his choice of how the order is transmitted to ALPHA FINANCE and is solely liable for any problems on the Internet or with the telephone networks in general which do not permit the successful transmission of his order to ALPHA FINANCE, the latter being relieved of all liability in this case. ALPHA FINANCE is also not liable for any legal defect in the order, for errors or inaccuracies in the transmission of orders from the Investor, for interference or false impersonation, for decoding, erroneous reproduction or transmission of the message or for any other problem relating to the aforementioned means of communication.

In relation to financial analyses and reviews

The financial analyses/reviews on this webpage shall not be taken as providing investment advice in relation to any of the aforementioned financial instruments. The object of ALPHA FINANCE is to express opinions on possible or existing investment placements without there being any contractual liability to its clients. In relation to the use of confidential access codes:

The security code is a confidential code (PIN) which allows access to ALPHA WEB TRADING (restricted access area). It should be noted that combined use of the PIN and any data which may be requested by ALPHA FINANCE is equivalent to the subscriber entering his signature and is binding on him for any order transmitted over ALPHA FINANCE’s network using the PIN. Furthermore, the subscriber is liable for all legal defects in the orders recorded on the network on signed using his PIN. The subscriber is obliged to keep his PIN confidential and to take all due care to ensure such confidentiality without
ALPHA FINANCE bearing any liability in the case where it is revealed to third parties. Where the subscriber believes that third parties know his PIN he must immediately contact ALPHA FINANCE in order to deactivate that PIN so that the third parties will no longer have access to the Stock Exchange account.
