What is the procedure for signing a contract between Alpha Finance and a Legal Entity?
Depending on the type of Legal Entity, you will be asked for the corresponding legalization and verification documents.
A LEI (Legal Identity Identifier) is also a prerequisite. The application to acquire one, is filled at the Stock Exchange by the Legal Entity.
