Requirements for using the service:

Alpha Bank Group Investment Services Agreement, including Investment Questionnaire
Alpha Finance Investor Account and Alpha Bank deposit account regardless of balance
Good use of English language, as the service is available only in English
A minimum deposit of USD 5.000 (five thousand U.S. dollars) or the equivalent in Euros is required
Familiarity with offered products and international markets
Electronic address (email).

Alpha Finance undertakes the following:

Account opening including collecting and sending required identification documents
Issuing trading confirmations
Notifying regarding corporate actions and exercising related rights
Transactions security (Username, Personal Password, Additional Password)
Phone order execution offered via the International Markets Division in cases of access problems (surcharge applies).

For existing Alpha Finance clients

Customers should complete and sign the following documents (available via email by the International Markets Division, 210 367 7460, Monday to Friday, 9:00-23:00, International.Markets@alphafinance.gr:

Customers should also provide the following:

Proof of identity (ID Card, Passport, Driving License). Handwritten credentials are not accepted. Info must also be written in English.
Proof of address (Bank Statement, Brokerage Statement etc.)
Email address

Alpha Global Trading will be activated within three (3) working days from the date of deposit of the required minimum amount.
