When the Share Capital Increase concerns the distribution of free shares then the new shares are automatically credited to your share. When there is an ongoing Share Capital Increase with cash payment and you wish to take part, you have the following options:

• To take part through Alpha Web Trading or through Alpha Mobile Trading. From the relevant app menu, you declare the number of new shares you wish to get through Share Capital Increase and submit your request.

After successfully submitting your request, , the rights  are blocked in your portfolio and the corresponding amount in your bank account are committed. 
 

• To call Customer Service at 210 370 5700 and use your User ID and Password you use for Alpha Bank’s myAlpha Phone to take part the Share Capital Increase.
