Following the amendment of the stock market legislation (Decision no. 24/367 / 22.12.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission) to collect dividends you must authorize Alpha Finance, in writing, especially for this purpose.

The amount of the dividend will be collected on your behalf from Alpha Finance and will be deposited in your bank account that you keep at Alpha Bank, the number of which you must give us in writing.

If you wish Alpha Finance to collect dividends on your behalf, you must sign, at any Alpha Bank Branch, Alpha Finance’s Investment Services Agreement, which includes also the authorization form for the collection of dividends.
